I just got a Ford Dana 60 high pinion:barbell: complete for $700:banana: .  I will be narrowing it down to about 62 inches . This will be a winter project and will be in the truck by early spring . I will be selling my old front axle , and it has all the good stuff in it , Locker 4:56 gears Yukon axles and joints , disc brake's  heim joint tie rods , and mounts for ram assist  . If you are looking to upgrade your front axle  this is a bolt in deal .

Will you be cutting it down yourself? That looks like a killer setup. What gears does it have now? Karl

I see that you must be keeping your rear axle so are you going to convert the front to 5 lug or are you keeping it 8?

What rotors, calipers and mounts are you going to run to keep the 15" wheels?

Keeping the rims I have now . Heard good thing's about this place , http://www.blackbirdscustomtrucks.com/index14.html  Plus the prices are way better than Dynatrac  I have to have a long talk with Jimmy at Ridder Fab as to what is going in the front end ,3 link , 4link , 10 link . He has built some 4 link stuff for early Broncos in the passed that net 27 inch's of travel  but the coilovers to do that are big $$$

Only have to shorten the passenger side of D 60 by 8 inches . The driver side is within 1/2 of a Bronco 44  I will only have to get custom inner axle shafts for one side , all other shafts will be stock D 60 in length .

I do not like the look of full width . Can't drive on the street with full widrh . Police give tickets for tires that far outside the fenders .  My rear axle is as strong as a 1 ton so why replace it  . I would have to get a new trailer if I did full width . This reason is for Doc , I do not roll over :stickpoke:.  I just want to look of stock width , so when poeple look at My Bronco for the first time ,and when they find out that was was changed , they will be thinking what the hell else did he change !
